William Hill has officially completed its rebranding to Caesars Sportsbook in Tennessee.
Here’s everything you need to know about beginning your betting journey on the newly-remodeled platform.
Do I have to download a new app?
If you’ve accessed the William Hill app on your mobile device this week, you might have noticed that it got a makeover. The Caesars rebranding began on Monday, Aug. 2 and has since made its way to all desktop and mobile versions of the sportsbook.
Instead of the traditional dark layout, the app now features a white design. Moreover, it incorporates new promotions and a bonus reel that features Caesars ambassador JB Smoove.
In order to get the new Caesars Sportsbook branding, you will need to update your William Hill app. You can either update through your device’s App Store, or by opening the William Hill app and following the prompts.
Once the process is complete, everything should have the new Caesars namesake.
If you were not a William Hill customer and do not have the app installed on your device, you will need to download the new Caesars Sportsbook Tennessee app.
Accessing Caesars Sportsbook via the app/Google Play Store
Those that have not previously downloaded the William Hill app can find the newly-updated Caesars Sportsbook Tennessee app in both the App and Google Play Store.
In lieu of the traditional WH logo on the icon, Caesars Sportsbook features an olive green background with a golden chalice in the middle.
Logging in to the new Caesars Sportsbook app
After accessing the newly-designed app, bettors can either log in as normal or sign up for a new account.
Login details remain the same for existing William Hill customers, so accessing your account via this new platform should be seamless.

What happens to the money in my William Hill account?
The sportsbook may have received a rebranding, but the companies didn’t wipe the entire slate clean with this switch.
Any funds you’ve accumulated in your William Hill account thus far aren’t lost. Rather, they transfer over to your account at Caesars Sportsbook.
Additionally, any futures bets placed in the William Hill app will be honored. Any new winnings will then appear in the Caesars account.
Updated design and new bonus offers
The site layout should be relatively familiar to William Hill bettors. Caesars Sportsbook maintains a number of similar formatting aspects, though the color scheme of this new app varies significantly.
A number of refreshed new-user offers and bonuses appear on its promo pages as well.
New user offer
To welcome new bettors, Caesars is offering a generous welcome offer worth up to $5,000. This offer is for new users only. Existing William Hill customers are not eligible to receive it.
To qualify, new users have to make their first real money sports wager within seven days of opening a new account. If that first wager loses, Caesars Sportsbook will credit you with a one-time use bonus bet.
The bonus bet will be for whichever is less: the value of the initial wager or $5,000.
Big Bet Bonus
From now until Sunday, Aug. 8, bettors can place any wager of $500 or more with odds of -150 or greater and receive a $200 bonus bet regardless of whether the wager wins or loses.

In addition to these bonus bet offers, bettors can gain access to a 100% profit boost token on Tuesday, Aug. 3 to be used on any game. Then on Wednesday, Aug. 4, bettors can opt in for a 50% profit boost token to use on any event.

With the new Caesars Sportsbook, bettors now receive rewards points for every single bet, regardless of whether it wins or loses.
These points can then be redeemed for various bonus play, dining, and entertainment experiences at any one of Caesars’ 50 locations across the country.
Caesars owns a handful of casinos near Tennessee where these rewards points can be redeemed.
