Disclaimer: Caesars Online Sportsbook is not yet live in Tennessee. This review is based on Caesars sportsbook in New Jersey and will be updated post-launch.
Caesars Sportsbook in Tennessee is powered by William Hill. This may seem odd, but when you consider Caesars’ deal to merge with fellow gaming giant Eldorado Resorts, the strategic partnership makes much more sense.
In January 2020, Eldorado Resorts and William Hill agreed that William Hill would exclusively operate sportsbooks at all of Eldorado’s properties and operate mobile sportsbooks wherever Eldorado obtains a license. William Hill released a statement shortly after saying that this includes the Caesars Sportsbook, following the Caesars-Eldorado merger. In this agreement, William Hill gave up a 20% ownership stake in exchange for a 25-year deal to operate in Eldorado’s facilities.
Of course, as a Tennessee bettor, this interesting if somewhat confusing backstory doesn’t really matter. What matters is, if you join Caesars online sportsbook in Tennessee, you will be playing on a top-level app, and relying on the expertise and trustworthiness of three venerated brands.
And if that doesn’t convince you, consider this. You can use Caesars Sportsbook bonus code “BETFREE10” to receive a $10 free bet plus a 100% deposit bonus on your first deposit, up to $300.
Eldorado Resorts is in the process of acquiring Caesars Entertainment. Caesars Sportsbook will then be operated by William Hill, which runs all of Eldorado Resorts’ US-based mobile sportsbooks. It will strictly be online in Tennessee, as the state doesn’t allow brick-and-mortar casino locations. You must be 21 years of age or older to gamble on this sportsbook.
Caesars Sportsbook is available in Tennessee, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Iowa, Indiana, and New York. Some of these locations have physical casinos. It’s likely Caesars will be legal in more states in the coming months as well.
Caesars Entertainment offers an outstanding promotional code when you first sign up.
Firstly, you will receive a $10 no-deposit bonus simply for registering an account at Caesars Sportsbook.
Next, you’ll receive a 100% deposit bonus on your first deposit. Caesars will match your initial deposit. The minimum deposit is $10, and the bonus match only applies to the first $300 of your deposit.

Caesars Sportsbook has a few intriguing bonus offers. It frequently offers reload bonuses. This gives you an added bonus if you deposit additional money into your account. The bonus code is good only for your first deposit, but the reload bonuses give you an incentive to deposit after your initial one.
Caesars also offers free bets and enhanced odds, or odds boosters. Free bets are standard and generally come with major games, such as the Super Bowl. Odds boosters give you better odds than any book would normally give. If the Kansas City Chiefs are -130 favorites to win the game, you may be able to bet them at -110 odds, if there is an odds booster on the game. This encourages more bettors to wager on the game.
Caesars offers challenges and competitions, as well. Once you opt-in to these, you will make bets on specific games. The top performers will win a share of the prize pool Caesars is offering.
This sportsbook also has an outstanding loyalty program. The more money you bet, the higher up its loyalty ladder you’ll climb. Your bets will earn you points that can be used on a variety of things, including trading these points in for cash. This isn’t bonus money, so it can be withdrawn from your account without needing to play through it first.
You can sign up for Caesars Sportsbook by visiting caesarscasino.com/sports/ or by clicking this link.
Once you’re on the Caesars page, click join now in the top right corner. This will direct you to the sign-up page.
The first block consists of your login details. Here you will enter and confirm your email address and password before clicking next.
This moves you to a page requesting your personal details. You must enter your first and last name and date of birth, and select your gender. Once you do this, you can click next again.
The third and final block asks for your contact details. You must enter your address, city, state, and country. Caesars will then ask for your phone number. There are two security questions you must select and answer, and there are five options to choose from for each of the questions. Once you have done that, insert the Caesars bonus code “BETFREE10” when it asks, “Did you receive a bonus code to join?”
You must check off the first three boxes. These verify that you’re over 21 years of age and accept Caesars Entertainment’s terms and conditions, you’re providing accurate information and not a casino employee, and you acknowledge that no one else is allowed to use your account. There is a fourth checkbox that is optional, asking if you’d like to be sent promotional offers from Caesars. Once you have done all of this, select join now at the bottom of the screen to create your account.
You can download Caesars Entertainment’s Android or iOS apps by visiting the sportsbook’s website.
The iOS app can also be downloaded in the App Store on your iPhone/iPad. Be sure to use code BETFREE10 to receive your bonus when signing up on the app.
Unfortunately, the Android app isn’t available at the Google Play Store, meaning you must download directly through the Caesars website if you have an Android device.
Caesars online sportsbook has all of the usual features on its site, as well as a few unique features. The site has a header that has the join now and login tabs in the top right corner. There is also an adjacent question mark tab that shows frequently asked questions and responses.
In addition, there are a few tabs near the middle of the header. Some of these tabs are get started, promotions, Caesars rewards, and support. If you click on any of these specific tabs, they will direct you to a more in-depth page utilizing that information.
Below the header is another block that has three important tabs. The sports home link takes you back to the homepage for the Caesars Sportsbook. This is what we’re outlining in this section. It also has a trending tab that directs you to its most popular available betting options. The final tab is A-Z sports. This shows you all of Caesars’ available sports to bet on. On this page, you can click any individual sport and find all of the available bets.
Caesars has three blocks on the left side of the page. The first is labeled featured. It’s a list of all of the featured sports or bets. You can click any of the sports or bets, and it will direct you to a page to place bets on those matchups or contests.
Below is an A-Z sports tab. This tab lists the available sports in alphabetical order, allowing you to click on them directly on this page rather than going to the A-Z sports page. The final block is labeled settings. This allows you to change the odds display. You can choose between American, fractional, and decimal odds. The A-Z sports and settings blocks have arrows on them that allow you to hide that particular block.
There is a large block in the middle of the screen that features a specific bet. Depending on this bet, you can click the block as a whole and it will take you to more similar bets.
Below is a full betting block. You can select your specified sports at the top of the block. Below that, you can select what you want to see bets for. Finally, it will show all of the bets that you have outlined above. If you leave the sport on “show all,” it will show all available bets, outlining when they start and what sport they are for.
There is a betslip on the screen, as well. This is where you go to place your sports bets. Once you have clicked on a bet, it will appear here, and you can bet however much money you want on it.
There is a support bubble on the main screen. This takes you to a live chat, allowing you to talk to someone at any time about any questions you may have.
The Caesars app is similar to the website, and it’s relatively easy to navigate.
Its buttons to register and login are located in the top header of the app. You will also find your betslip in the top right corner. This may be the only feature that is significantly different from the website.
The majority of the app is the middle section of the website. There is one block that features an individual bet. You can either make that particular bet directly on this block or you can click into the image and find other similar bets.
Below that is the betting block. Once again, you can click on which sport and what day you want to bet on here. If you scroll to the bottom of the app, you’ll find the footer.
The footer is divided into five blocks. The leftmost block is the home button. Regardless of what you’re doing on the app, if you click this button, you will return to the home screen.
To the right of that is an A-Z sports button. This takes you to a page that offers featured bets similarly to the left side of the website. You can also find trending matchups and contests or the A-Z sports (alphabetical sports list) page here. This is also where you go to change the settings on your odds preference.
The middle button is your in-play block. This shows you which of your bets are in play, allowing you to follow along.
The trending block is the second button from the right on the footer. It takes you to upcoming and popular bets that you can make.
The final block is referred to as the menu block. This is where you can go to find Caesars Sportsbook’s help and info or to rate the app. Above the menu block is the support bubble, as well. You can click on this, and you will find Caesars’ live support chat.
Caesars surprisingly offers very few sports to bet on compared to other sportsbooks. It doesn’t have most niche markets, but you’ll be able to bet on most of the major sports, including sports at the professional and collegiate level. Here are all of the available sports betting options for Caesars Sportsbook in Tennessee:
The sportsbook offers proposition bets, but is lacking compared to some of the other sportsbooks. It offers a few options but leaves quite a bit to be desired. If you’re looking for a few props on some of the biggest sporting events, Caesars should be able to provide that. Tennessee does not currently allow prop bets on individual college players or juveniles.
Caesars also offers futures betting. This allows you to bet on something specific that will happen in the future. For example, you can bet on the Green Bay Packers or New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl. You will generally get significantly better odds on futures bets than you will other types of bets, but you also have to wait the longest for these to play out.
Odds boosts are available, as well. These types of bets give you better odds than what are posted on the book. For example, if the Los Angeles Lakers are +300 to win the NBA Championship, Caesars might give you an odds boost, and the bet might now be worth something like +350.
Caesars is a legal US sportsbook and keeps your money safe and accessible. It uses the US banking system, meaning transactions are quick and safe at all times. This is a key advantage that legal US sportsbooks have over offshore sportsbooks.
Depositing is a simple and fast process on Caesars Sportsbook. Click on “my account” and select deposit. Choose your payment method and how much you’d like to deposit. There are three ways to deposit into your Caesars Sportsbook account in Tennessee:
Caesars currently only accepts debit card deposits, though it could add credit card deposits in the future. Some banks don’t allow these transactions, though, so check with your bank prior to making the deposit.
An online bank transfer is likely the easiest way to deposit into your account. Simply enter your bank information, and the money will be directly transferred into your account. Similar to the debit cards, not all banks will allow this type of transaction.
PayPal acts as a third party between your bank and your Caesars Sportsbook account. You can move money directly from PayPal into your sportsbook account. If your bank doesn’t allow gambling transactions, transfer your money into your PayPal account and then into your sportsbook account.
Withdrawing is nearly as simply as depositing. Select “my account,” and then click “cashier.” You’ll choose your method and how much you want to withdraw before continuing. Follow the instructions and verify your payment method before the withdrawal will officially take place. There are three ways to withdraw money from Caesars Sportsbook in Tennessee:
An electronic check can be posted directly into your bank account. This is the easiest type of withdrawal transaction.
PayPal and Neteller both act as third parties in this transaction. You can withdraw your money into these accounts and transfer to other accounts after it is confirmed. If you’re going to withdraw to PayPal, you must have deposited into your sportsbook account with PayPal and verify your account prior to the withdrawal.
The Caesars website features a question mark in the top right-hand side of the screen. If you click that, it takes you to the frequently asked questions page. On this page, you’ll find a number of questions with answers already. They’re broken down into sections, but a search bar allows you to find specific questions.
If you need to talk to someone, Caesars has a support bubble in the bottom left-hand corner of the website. If you click this, it will take you to a live chat, allowing someone to quickly answer any questions you have.
The live support icon is in the bottom right corner of the screen on the mobile app.
Eldorado Resorts is acquiring Caesars. William Hill will run its mobile sportsbooks in the United States.
Caesars Sportsbook is available in Tennessee, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Iowa, Indiana, and New York, with some of those states focusing on physical locations rather than mobile betting. Tennessee strictly uses online sportsbooks.
