Betting On Game 4 Of The NBA Finals In Tennessee

Posted on July 13, 2021 - Last Updated on August 13, 2024

The Phoenix Suns face off against the Milwaukee Bucks this Wednesday in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

The Bucks look to even the score here by winning back-to-back games and tying the series, but Tennessee sportsbooks aren’t convinced.

Phoenix remains slightly favored in this matchup, with a 4.5-point spread.

The Suns go dark in Game 3

After posting 20 three-pointers in Game 2 to win 118-108, the Suns struggled to find their shine in Game 3. Phoenix walked away with only 9 successful three-point shots out of 31 on Sunday night.

Milwaukee, on the other hand, came out bucking. Power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo created history, becoming the third player to ever log two consecutive 40-point, 10-rebound games in the NBA Finals.

Shaquille O’Neal and LeBron James are the only other two players with such an accomplishment.

The Bucks walked away from Game 3 with a 120-100 victory, winning their first game of the series.

Phoenix remains ahead with a 2-1 series lead.

Suns vs. Bucks Game 4 odds

The Suns are expected to shine bright in this upcoming Game 4 matchup after their lackluster performance in Game 3.

Phoenix hasn’t lost back-to-back games since the beginning of June in Round 1 of the playoffs.

The Suns only need to claim two more victories to secure the championship title, while the Bucks would have to win three out of four upcoming games.

The over/under of this game sits at 220.5 points on BetMGM Sportsbook. Game 3’s total amounted to 220, while Game 2 totaled 226, and Game 1 grossed 223 points.

Tomorrow’s game spread sits at 4.5 points – one point lower than the previous game’s spread. The Suns won the first two games by more than 10 points, though they lost the third game by 10 points.

Tennessee sportsbook bonuses and promos

Along with offering odds for the upcoming game, some Volunteer State sportsbooks also have promo incentives to contribute to those betting on the NBA.

FanDuel’s NBA Finals Comeback Bonus

FanDuel Tennessee is offering some peace of mind to bettors who place a moneyline wager of $25 or more before tipoff.

If halftime comes around and a bettor’s team happens to be losing, but comes back in the second half to win the game, they’ll receive a $10 site credit on top of their winning bet.

FanDuel’s Same Game Parlay Insurance

For those looking to place a handful of different wagers on Game 4, FanDuel’s parlay insurance may be the perfect addition to that. Bettors that place a 3+ leg Same Game Parlay on Game 4, but lose the bet, are eligible for a site credit of up to $10.

BetMGM NBA Finals Overtime Insurance

In the event of a heartbreaking overtime loss, BetMGM is handing out insurance to cushion the blow. If a bettor’s team loses in overtime, he or she will receive their wager back up to $20 in the form of bonus bets.

NBA Finals bet types

Betting on the NBA comes with a variety of wagering options. Odds are, no matter which NBA stats interest you the most, at least one Tennessee sportsbook will have wagering options available for it.

Prop betting

Moneyline, total, and point spread wagering may be the most popular selections for bettors, but the options certainly don’t stop there. Another increasingly popular style of NBA wagering allows bettors to place money on game props such as:

  • First team to X points
  • Winning margin
  • Odd or even final score

Wagering on the performance of individual athletes is permitted in Tennessee at the professional level. As a result, player props offer up an more opportunity for NBA wagering. Bettors can wager on a player’s particular stats including:

  • Points
  • Assists
  • Rebounds
  • Blocks
  • Turnovers
  • Assists
  • Steals

Series betting

Rather than focusing on one individual game or player, series betting zooms out to the best-of-7 series as a whole. Series winner, correct series score, total games, and series spread wagering are all options in this market.

Series player props can even be found at DraftKings Tennessee, allowing bettors to wager on a particular player’s series stats.

Futures betting

With four games remaining in this conclusive series, bettors can still wager on the ultimate outcome of the NBA Finals.

After their Sunday night upset, DraftKings now gives Phoenix -275 odds of winning the overall NBA Title.

The Suns and Bucks meet up for Game 4 on Wednesday, July 14 at 9:00 p.m. ET.

Bettors can catch the game live on ABC.
